Growing up in a military family exposed Dawn to diverse cultures and locations throughout the world. However, Dawn is delighted to have planted her roots permanently in Charlottesville upon graduating from UVA with her B.S. and M.Ed. in 2003. Since then she married her college sweetheart, and they have three exuberant children.
