I wish we could give the Cromer Team even more than 5 stars!! We recently closed on a new construction with Dawn and couldn't have asked for a better agent!!  Buying a second house from afar is a scary endeavor; we weren't familiar with the area, the people or the processes involved. But that's where Dawn was a godsend. From the very first moment we reached out to her, she became our champion and provided invaluable advice as we navigated the new home-buying process. Dawn treated this process as if it were her own house being built; providing guidance, coaching, recommendations and insights that ultimately led us to build a house better than we could have managed on our own. Dawn's expert advice helped us avoid pitfalls and include items we otherwise wouldn't have thought of. Throughout the process, she was professional and personable - and many times our visits down to Charlottesville were just as much to see Dawn and spend time with her as they were to see the progress on our house. Dawn worked tirelessly on our behalf, often proactively reaching out to deal with issues long before we saw them ourselves. And as if that wasn't enough, Dawn also served as an interior design consultant for us, helping us see potential where we couldn't. If Joanna Gaines had a twin sister, it would be Dawn. It's only a matter of time before someone at HGTV gives her a show 😉 Seriously, Dawn was the BEST. And we cannot recommend her services highly enough!! We're very, very lucky to have had her as our realtor and even more lucky to now consider her a friend.
